Georgia Insulation is a traditional insulation company, offering a wide array of services. Their target market are residents living in a select few provinces within the Atlanta-metro area.
Adapting social media advertising to an industry that traditionally sees the most success with search pay per click ads was a challenge. We had to identify the best strategy for the home service business on social media, where people are not ‘actively’ searching for their solutions.
The company’s goal was to increase inbound leads with a long-term goal of reducing reliance on Home Advisor for leads, because their prices were becoming too expensive. The company specifically wanted to achieve a $15 cost per lead.
We introduced the brand to the target market by delivering value-driven content without asking for a sale. Then we introduced service offerings attractive enough to entice the locals to call or fill out a form for more information. In short, the strategy was to spread awareness, entice and remain top-of-mind.
